We return to Arran every couple of years, now with 2 boys (13 & 10). This house is really beautiful and lovely to be able to walk to Glen Rosa. The weather had been wet and cloudy with occasional sun so it has been lovely to come back to somewhere so comfortable. The bathroom with candles is very relaxing. The only thing I missed in the house was a tumble dryer.

We particularly enjoy the Old Pier Cafe in Lamlash which has a range of homemade food from traditional scones to middle eastern cake and a good children's menu.
