Brodick Castle
Our third visit in Arran and first time staying in the Stables. Comfortable, well-equipped and in an excellent location. The welcome gift was a nice touch! Despite the mixed weather, we managed to get out and about. Climbed Goat Fell, walks around Glen Rosa, Sannox and Brodick Castle. Thank you and hope weāll be back soon! Janet & Ian (Cambridge)

Number 1 in Our Book
Just had a glorious week in this fabulous cottage. We have stayed all over Arran & this cottage rankās number 1 in our book. Warm, welcoming, well equipped. Only negative ā we struggled with the key safe! Suspect we will be back. Lesley, Peter, Susan + Hamish the cockapoo.

āIf Only We Could Stay Foreverā
Weāve enjoyed an incredible break & loved every single second of our stay here at Glen Rosa Stables. The walks are beyond beautiful, the views spectacular, the sleep sound & the sunrises glorious. Thank you so much. I think our favourite part has been the dreaming⦠if only we could stay forever. Emily, Polo, Sian (happy dogs) + Arch (a well travelled cat) February 2026

Glen Sannox is Stunning
Thank you Marjory, Stuart and Diane for this perfect cottage, itās so cosy and welcoming with everything you need for a home from home stay. Iām a regular visitor to Arran but my first time here at the Stables and hopefully not my last. To be able to wander up the Glen every day and see it in so many weather conditions has been amazing. Other walks down too of course, Glen Sannox is stunning! Glen Rosa up to the lower waterfall, Machrie stones. The trails are also great at Br

New Kitchen is Wonderful
Another fabulous week at the gorgeous Glen Rosa Stablesāour 4th visit. Previous haunts revisited and enjoyed as much as previously. Circe from Lochranza and of course the breathtaking Glen Rosa to the Saddle. Tackled Goatfell and down to Corrieāamazing day, albeit the return bus trips were only 2-hourly (we missed it!). The newly refurbished Corrie Hotel is well worth a visitābeer garden, magical. Great weather again, and lovely to see the regrowth of the Glen Rosa valley aft

Mara Seafood at Corrie was exceptional
Iām determined to book for more than a week sometime. It goes so quickly. The cottage is as well kept and comfortable as always, arrived in a storm - forecast to leave in one! The changeable weather meant we mostly stayed close by for wellies. Glen Rosa to the Blue Pool at must, but also this time a lovely walk along the beach at Sannox - access via the stepping stones. Wonderful views. Tried Mara Seafood shack at Corrie and the food was exceptional - would be even better in

It was warm enough for a refreshing dip in the sea at Kildonan. Exploring the Surroundings During our stay, we revisited some of our favourite walks and restaurants. Each location offered a unique experience, and we were excited to try some new ones as well. There is always something new to di
