We had a great holiday. The cottage was like home from home. Very comfortable and peaceful with great views over the countryside. Weather has been cooler than last year but we did a huge amount of walking and cycling. Goatfell is well worth the hike to the top. We walked from Corrie to the top then onto Brodick. Views were spectacular.
We saw a large wild black cat near Corrie and a couple of adders en-route to Goatfell. So watch out for them!
Highly recommend the Drift Inn in Lamlash and little Rock Cafe in Brodick for a bite to eat. The sea bream in Drift Inn was superb.
Finally the holiday cottage Glenrosa Stables has everything we could have asked for and more. We will be back next year.
