Of course, a really good self - catering cottage should have plenty of private outside space and Glen Rosa Stables certainly does.

A large and private patio, with a stone stairway, leading on to a tree lined lawn with amazing views and a stream. It's perfect for dogs,  sunny day lunches and barbecues (there is one) or relaxing with an Arran malt or a beer from the local brewery - maybe some wine or juice from the local supermarket with the fire pit blazing. Oh….there is also a front garden, where you can sit back and enjoy the views of the mountains, sea and forest.

Private, off-road parking is available for two cars. Glen Rosa Stables is in a rural and pastoral location, right next to Arran's mountains, but we are also only two and a half miles from Brodick pier and two miles from Brodick Village. The nearest pub and restaurant is just over a mile away, a twenty minute walk!

"We had a wonderful week at Glenrosa, the quality of the cottage only equalled  by the stunning location, we have been self catering in Scotland  and the Lakes for a very long time and your property is the finest example a 'stay-cation' we have found to date, now trying to work out when we can come back!
