    What a place this is...

Did the Glen Rosa loop most days; saw eagles, adders and much more. Best view: Kings cross Point, view across Lamlash and Holy Isle and mountains above. Favourite meal: over at Cafe Thyme, looking across the west coast of the island. Wildlife: Lochranza for seals and birds, Brodick Castle for red squirrels. History : Machrie Moor, best Neolithic site I have visited. Enjoyed the garden at the stables, what a place this is.

    Like walking through a Fairytale

Nice House. Lovely landscape - sometimes we felt like walking through a fairy tale.

    Batteries Charged

We are returning home with our batteries charges + and our hearts gladdened. This cottage has a special ability to welcome you with open arms and give you a big hug when you come back after a day exploring the loveliness of Arran. We hope very much to be back. Thank-you!

    We concur with previous comments!

We concur with previous comments! We've thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely house, during a week of glorious weather. The front garden was well used for breakfast and aperitifs! We can recommend Shiskine Club, the Sandwich Station, the Coffee Pot and the Old Pier Cafe (lunch/cakes) and the Brodick Brasserie and the Drift Inn (dinner). We'll be back here again in the future. Many thanks.
