Red squirrels, Seals, Red Deer and Otters

We've had a lovely week despite the weather, which had been rather mixed. We have seen red squirrels, seals, red deer and otters but unfortunately no golden eagles. If you're looking for dog-friendly eating establishments, we can recommend:

Shore at Whiting Bay - good food reasonably priced, very friendly welcome

Glenisle Bistro at Lamlash - nice welcome, good food

Mara Fish Bar at Corrie - lovely fish dishes

We've really enjoyed this lovely cottage, coming back to a hot jacuzzi bath when we got soaked through and the general peace and quiet.
